Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will arrange a refund of the product price. As orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued via the same method agreed with our team.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care and skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
